+++ Aufgrund der aktuellen Einschr\u00e4nkungen des \u00f6ffentlichen Lebens kann die Meditation im November 2020 nicht als physische Zusammenkunft stattfinden. Wir bitten um Verst\u00e4ndnis und bereiten ein Online-Format vor.<\/strong> +++<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warum Meditation?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Nordstadt ist ein Melting Pot. Unterschiedliche Schichten und Kulturen existieren nebeneinander. Um friedlich zusammen leben zu k\u00f6nnen, ist es wichtig, dass jeder Frieden in sich selbst findet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durch Meditation erlangen wir Ruhe und Gelassenheit, um uns\/sich selbst zu erkennen, in der Gemeinschaft zu verwirklichen und der Reise des Lebens achtsam nachzugehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Welche Art von Meditation?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meditation im Sinne von Anup, wie sie bei Nordstadt meditiert praktiziert wird, repr\u00e4sentiert keine bestimmte Religion oder dogmatische Philosophie, sondern ist absolut s\u00e4kular und eignet sich f\u00fcr Menschen jeden Glaubens oder ohne Glauben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meditation bezieht sich hierbei auf das psychologische Funktionieren des Geistes. Die meditative Praxis verschafft uns Ruhe, Frieden und Klarheit, sodass wir die kosmischen Verbindungen zu allem Existierenden f\u00fchlen \/ erfahren k\u00f6nnen, die uns st\u00e4rker Anteil nehmen und mitf\u00fchlen lassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anup wird musikalisch unterst\u00fctzt vom Dortmunder Mantra Kreis „Shantipath“. Vegane Speisen gibt es vom Projekt Restlos Gl\u00fccklich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wenn sich jemand an diesem Projekt oder an anderen Aktivit\u00e4ten der Machbarschaft Borsig11 beteiligen m\u00f6chte, kann er\/sie sich gerne bei uns melden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why meditation?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dortmund Northtown is a Melting Pot. Different social classes and cultures are coexisting here. For a peaceful cohabitation it is important that everybody finds peace within him- or herself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through meditation we get clarity and serenity to be able to realize ourselves, to contribute our share in the community and to go into the journey of life mindfully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What kind of meditation?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meditation designed by Anup and practiced at Nordstadt meditiert Session does not represent any religion or any dogmatic philosophy, hence it is absolutely secular and can be practiced by people of all faiths or no faith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meditation here deals precisely with the psychological functioning of our mind. Practicing this meditation brings us peace, calmness and clarity so that we feel \/ experience the cosmic connections with the whole existence and as a result we become more compassionate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anup is supported by Dortmund Mantra Circle „Shantipath“ for the musical aspect. Vegan food is served by Restlos Gl\u00fccklich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
